Terms
Short version: you buy a license once, you can use it on your own Macs, and if Spacepal does not work for you, we refund you.
License
- A license is for one person. You can activate it on the number of Macs shown at checkout.
- The license does not expire. It includes the updates released during the period shown at checkout; the version you have keeps working after that.
- Do not share, resell or publish license keys. Keys that are shared publicly are revoked.
- The Mac App Store version is covered by Apple's standard license agreement instead of this section.
Trial and refunds
Spacepal has a 14-day trial so you can try it before paying. If you buy and it does not work on your Mac, ask for a refund within 30 days at support@getspacepal.com. Mac App Store refunds are handled by Apple.
How Spacepal works with macOS
macOS has no public interface for naming or managing Spaces. Spacepal uses system interfaces that Apple does not document, and a macOS update can change them. When that happens we work on a fix, but we cannot promise every feature on every future macOS version.
No warranty
Spacepal is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost work from a window that closed. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license.
