Integrations
Every Spacepal action has a spacepal:// link and most have an AppleScript command, so anything that can open a URL or run a script can switch Spaces, move windows or change profiles. Spacepal also writes the live list of Spaces to state.json for tools that want to read names, notes and apps.
- Raycast: switch Spaces by name, note or app and move the front window. The extension is coming to the Raycast Store; Quicklinks work today.
- Apple Shortcuts: native actions to switch, move windows, change profile and get the current Space, plus Focus automations and Spaces that run shortcuts.
- Alfred: a keyword that switches by name and a Script Filter that lists every Space.
- Stream Deck: one key per Space with the Hotkey action and Spacepal's shortcuts.
- SketchyBar: show Space names instead of numbers, read from
state.json. - AltTab: avoid the ⌥Tab clash and show only this Space's windows.
